Rather annoyingly, my GPS is broken so no map updates and no foggy moorland navigational cheating...

End of day two. Reached Abergavenny this evening after a punishing steep descent. 40 miles in the first two days has been a tough enough start, and an enjoyable one in terms of panoramic views and variety of terrain.
I am shattered however, and looking forward to a weather excused day off.

Plus points: found a ten pound note on the path.
Minus points: ripped one of the cargo pockets off my trousers. sewing tomorrow!
